I like it alot!
Now, and just to be nitpicking, what if you'd crop a bit of the elbow  
away?
I thought of this because the initial reaction I had was "What an  
enigmatic image". Then, 'deciphering' it, I saw what the situation was.
The key to this was in the first place the elbow part. Which made me  
miss the interaction between doll and your daughter's (?) face.
If you'd leave the elbow out, you'd go for your daughter's face right  
away, and you'd still be able to deciphre it.
Just an idea (that is not 100% necessary since it's a good shot already)
