I thought of this because the initial reaction I had was "What an enigmatic image". Then, 'deciphering' it, I saw what the situation was. The key to this was in the first place the elbow part. Which made me miss the interaction between doll and your daughter's (?) face. If you'd leave the elbow out, you'd go for your daughter's face right away, and you'd still be able to deciphre it.
