Hi Jim,

I use the Fred Miranda plugin when I am using the Windows computer on 
which I have Photoshop:

This is also available for the Mac, but since I only have PS Elements 
(the plugin is for the full Photoshop only) on my Powerbook, I just 
desaturate in the RAW converter when working on that computer.
