Let me get the rules straight thus far: 1) One submission per LUG member per monthly contest. 2) Photos are submitted to common website and kept anonymous until contest concludes. 3) One member, one vote 4) Winner of contest picks theme for next contest 5) A prize to the winner (currently a photo mug) 6) We all chip in some some amount to a LUG photo contest paypal account. I imagine a $1 per contest should be more than enough. Assuming 20-30 applicants.
