Well, the examples of ridiculous packaging are endless - but the case  
I mentioned, just happened to be my most recent and blatantly  
offensive example which had nothing to do with security. One bottle  
would do where they used three; and a box three times larger than it  
needed to be. Each bottle had the same security seal.
