Hello, and thanks to everyone for their kind comments, and taking time
to have a look at the previous holiday snaps,
Here's a first small selection of steamy stuff - locomotives, that is.
All on the North Yorkshire Moors Railway:

Platform 2 in Grosmont
http://gallery.leica-users.org/Railway-Heritage/MG_4773 Green Dragon on
the Esk Bridge, heading for Pickering
http://gallery.leica-users.org/Railway-Heritage/MG_4780 Southern Region
No. 825 backing into Grosmont

Gresley being prepared for a day out, the ladder is not part of the
running equipment.

train to Pickering, Green Dragon on Platform 1 in Grosmont

the Goathland incline (1 in 39 - that's steep for a railway)

Hope you like them, comments welcome.
