Subject: [Leica] Anyone out there load cassettes from bulk film?

Jeffrey, I have bulk loaded for many years, I always used "Scotch 
Photographic Tape" black, opaque, stronger than masking tape. From 
graphic arts store.

And yes, for me, it is still cost effective, to the person who wondered.
