[Leica] Opinions on flash gallery with Thumbnail views

I know a number of you dislike flash gallery, one reason being that it 
(usually) does not provide thumbnail view. I found a product that allows 
optional thumbnail view:

What do you think? Will this make flash more tolerable for those who 
normally don't care for it?
