Here's what I had this morning.

I've mentioned it before here (I think) but there's a fun book out called
"Everything I Ate: A Year in the Life of my Mouth."
(http://tinyurl.com/yc3l56).  Some guy photographed everything he ate for a
year, using a Canon p/s.

I just noticed that my breakfast photo was shot at 1/10 sec, f/5.6, ISO
1600.  Pentax DSLR.  For some reason I find the Pentax istDL really easy to
hand-hold at slow speeds.  No stabilization on this model, either.
