To  profile your camera and set up the Lightroom camera calibration you need
a McBeth color chart and this script http://fors.net/chromoholics/download/

It will preform several hundred calculations in a very short amount of time
and and give you settings that can be plugged into the calibration section
of Lightroom or Camera Raw and saved as a default.
It's free, the chart isn't.
