Using the "Camera Calibration" Tab in the Develop module of Adobe Lightroom,
my "Beta DMR correction" is :

Shadows Tint -33
Red Hue +28
Red Saturation -39
Green Hue 0
Green Saturation -9
Blue Hue 0
Blue Saturaion -35

This was a quick fix late last night but it dramatically improved skin tones
across my shoots.
