The nonsense text it usually just to ensure that the message gets past any
spam filters you may be using. Usually there's an attachment or a link to a
website they want you to visit.

Speaking of spam, I've noticed a resurgence of porn ones over the last few
weeks. Until recently it was mainly lotteries and viagra or penny stocks.
