You'd be amazed what long and unbending sticks people get up them,
wanting only the most formal and well-behaved (and thus as thoroughly
stripped of sparkle and energy as possible) of pictures.  I've also seen
a preference for the most hideous of plastered-on fake smiles, over some
more natural facial expression which didn't happen to be a smile.

(a bit of a 'tude, but he's also generously unbending a bit, with a sort
of tolerant look in his eye)

Just a good energy between them, which you've managed to get own on
film.  Er, bits.
