Subject: [Leica] Filter for the M8 B+W 486

Yes, I understand it may even require calculating again a lens
design, as there may also be elements not suitable to enter a vacuum
chamber again due to their composition or material stress suffered
during their lives. So, how about a thin filter inside the lens
barrel? Or at the rear end, as the MR-Telyt-R 500mm?

In any case, it should be possible and relatively simple with the new
lenses.

Cheers,

Ed
PS:(BTW, is the MR-Telyt-R a Maksutov?)
