I just sighed when I read this statement, it is so true:   

...99.99% of everything is made in china now, ....

What is the brave new world of tomorrow?

Sorry, can't relate this to Leica.  Or maybe the relationship was symbolized
in the demise of Leica, the demise of European dominance, and the emergence
of new worlds - Asia, India.

Larry, for your info, 99.99% of everything is made in china now, just a few
leica stuff is made in germany
