The issue with UPS international shipping has been fixed as of about 10PM
PST last night.  Please notify the LUG group users that they should now be
able to order the LUG Yearbook 2006 to those countries that are currently
supported.  If any users continue to see problems, tell them to notify Blurb
through our support form at 
http://www.blurb.com/help/support.
