Tina,
Quite some time ago I had similar focusing problems with a new m6. Other 
lenses didn't seem to be a problem, only the Noctilux.  So I sent camera and 
Noctilux to Leica and they did whatever they did to match the lens and body 
to-gether perfectly. I never had a problem again with the lens/focusing 
keeping it locked to the same camera body.

So just maybe your situation is one of those weird things camera and lens do 
sometimes.

I don't imagine it would hurt to ask the Leica USA folks about it.
