That is an excellent idea Philippe - when do we see Waterzooi?
 From this neck of the woods it would have to be Gr?nkohl und 
Br?genwurst, Kasseler und Bauchfleisch- Curly Kale cooked with smoked 
sausage, smoked pork chops and belly pork - really healthy stuff.
