Subject: [Leica] M8 Upgrade

I sent my M8 for Upgrade on December 6th to Allendale,  They sent me a note 
on December 8th that it was sent to Solms and that I should expect that it 
would take 4 to 5 weeks.  They then noted that Solms was down for Xmas 
vacation the week of December 24th.

Has any one the LUG had their M8 upgraded and returned?  How long did it 
take? Any comments on the results?
