I converted it into a PDF to make it viewable on web. I wouldn't use it for webdesign though, but for the lay-out of a real book. Which probably is a long term dream... About food photography: the images used are stock images. I just typed "shrimps" into gettyone, and selected two shots that weren't too bad. You can use them for lay-out purposes, as is the case here. Just as an example. If you want to do real food photography, there are 2 possibilities IMO. Whether you do it with natural light, and large apertures, whether you do it in studio. For the latter, prepare to invite a food stylist, and don't be surprised if he/she recreates your platter with completely uneatable ingredients: I once had to direct an icecream shoot, and the ice was made of the fat used to fry pommes frites... We had lots of time to try different lighting sets and framings before the ice melted :-) Some shots with fake food here: <www.vdb.be>. Have a look at cat.6. Philippe.
