I've been using FG-7 1:15 with a 9% solution of sodium sulfite for Tri-X exposed at 800 (or rarely, 1200). To make the 9% solution, dissolve 1 oz. sodium sulfite in 16 oz. of DISTILLED water (it clumps in tap water). I use distilled for all B&W developer mixing. I think the processing time is about ten minutes at 800 ISO; I develop by inspection, so I don't pay close attention to the clock.
