Subject: [Leica] Forte no more?

I am hoping that Kodak, Ilford, and Fuji stay in the B&W film business.
Every folding of a film manufacturer would presumably put more business in
their corner. If only one of them were to hang in there over the long haul,
I guess my hopes would be on Fuji. Their Acros and Neopan 400 could keep me
afloat. Ilford seems confident in their future success.

Hi Jeffery,

I think it is a mixed picture. On the one hand, we get announcements
like this one, but on the other hand you have Fuji investing in
reformulating and reintroducing Velvia, and based on what I saw in
Prague a couple of weeks ago, Foma film is very much alive and well.
