Subject: [Leica] Unemployment figures: New Orleans

It makes no sense that people are out of work here. Every other business
needs help desperately and salaries are high because of the shortage.
There's not a shortage of people, though. It's a shortage of people who are
willing to work. The hurricane didn't change that attitude.
