Dan and the rest - many thanks for the advice.  I chose 5.5 minutes  
and actually mixed in the roll of Arcos and both came out decently.

Everyone is pretty sure that Kodak mixed up the times for Dilution A
and Dilution B, though they swear that is not the case.

I usually go with 6 minutes. Definitely not longer.
