At least from my country to any other, a paypal transfer costs less than a 
postal money order, a western union cash payment, a cash check or a bank 
wire transfer. Not talking of speed where paypal is unbeatable. The only 
inconvenient is that the payer has no option to pay the fees on his own - 
it's always the recipient who pays it.
