If you're saying that a panoramic photo is best taken with a  
panoramic camera, I can certainly agree with that.

If you're saying that a person who doesn't own a panoramic camera  
shouldn't take a panoramic composition or deserves less respect for  
the image, I'd say that's silly.

There's also something about previsualization before you pick up the  
camera.
