sorry Alastair - didn't have any negative reactions to your photos of  
the face painters or your comments on same. You expressed, quite  
well, some of my ongoing M8 experiences. Ever since I moved seriously  
into digital image capture, I've sorely missed the M experience for  
it's size, spontaneity and precision focus. I tried p&s's to get the  
size but they fell short on so many levels. The M8 truly brings the M  
experience and exceptional quality digital capture into proper focus.
