Bob,
I got my best results with Xtol at 1:2 for 11 minutes at 68F.  Agitation was
continuous for the first minute then ten seconds every second minute.
Depending on the images I would meter as if the film was 1600 and if I
wanted more shadow then down half a stop to 1200.
