Howard,

Makes me miss Bali; really pretty place (could use a few less tourists and
expats) great culture, nice people and great food.  Haven't been there in
years!
I've only seen 5 people on a bike, also, in India, New Delhi, I believe.  On
that occasion, only the driver, a middle aged man, had a helmet on.  The
lady and the 3 kids were helmetless.
