I leave it turned to Charlotte's NPR station all night.  After 11, 
they switch to BBC and those British accents lull me to sleep - sometimes
;-) There's also great station at Boiling Springs from Garner Webb 
University - WGWG, 88.3 - http://www.wgwg.org/

It's almost as good as Spindale from Isothermal Community College, 
http://www.wncw.org/
which we can't quite get except in the mountains.
