[Leica] M8 picture in magenta light

Thanks for your kind reply and encouraging words. Actually, I did  
like the effect very much, and consider the picture a keeper.
The reference to "lost" was to the strange lack of sharpness and  
color gradation in the performer's face and scalp. But that does add  
to the night-club effect, doesn't it?
I was afraid the lack of sharp detail in his face detracted from the  
quality of the photo, but I'm seeing it differently now.

I should also have mentioned, in the same vein, that the published  
image is a crop of only about 25% of the original, so this picture is  
equivalent to a full frame from a 2.5 MP camera!
(He was doing a cover of Bob Seeger's "On the Road Again", which I'm  
sure contributed to the effect!)
