Peter,

The #1 photo looks wonderful both ways. But little girls should have  
healthy, rosy cheeks. I vote color on this one.

But to me #2 looks better in B&W. It draws more attention to the  
little pixie look she has.

In any case she's a sweet kid. You can't mess up a picture of her.
