George, understood on the mixed light. I had a recent brief fling with a 
very kindly loaned M8. I shot some family stuff in low
light that was all over the spectrum. I have a lot to learn.

Thank you for your kind comments Hoppy. Skin tones? Well the M8 is  
back and this time with a UV/IR cutoff filter. The other issues were  
large amounts of "pink" light bouncing off large gifts combined with  
"green" light coming through my daughter's "green" curtains. Finding  
any natural skin tone was a bit of a chore. The light was also fading  
fast and I was bordering on underexposure.
