Hi Steve,

The best cheese is made of raw milk and is very different from the 
commercial pasteurized cheeses
I buy mine on a farm. Every cheese is different and full of flavor. Even 
the weather has an influence on the taste because the milk is not mixed 
and standardized in a big factory.
