Steve, I very much like the top half of this image, as Ric says:
wonderful tones. But the illuminated section at the base of the trees
keeps pulling my eyes away from the sky and those wonderful tree-tops
which is really where the action is in this image (as I see it.) You
might consider, maybe, sorta, playing with an alternate crop to keep
the strong upper part and remove what is, to me, distraction.
