I only own the LTM Skopar 21mm/4: 
+ it is very compact
+ It is very sharp
- it does slightly vignet even without hood

All in all, especially when considering the comparably low price, a very 
good choice. I would prefer it over the Biogon 4.5 in any case, and go for 
the 2.8 Biogon only if one stop more speed would really matter (which it 
does not for that focal length in my case, anyway I consider 2.8 still as 
slow).

MTF charts: I never took care of and can't interpret it.
