For somebody younger than you, it's pretty frustrating.
Retirement seems to become the moment where most people can start  
doing what they've always dreamt of but could never do.
Freedom included.
Imagine somebody of my age: he has 20 more to go before retirement.  
And before freedom.
So I'd like to invest those in this shift, too: even if it takes 20  
years to get it done.
Even in that case, another more 15-20 would be awaiting me to benefit  
of what I dreamt of.
I find many people are thinking like that lately.
But no leaders.
