Clearly, Len, you have never owned one.  I have 
owned three.  All were junk and required CONSTANT 
attention to RF adjustments and the like.  These 
were all Wetzlar products made shortly after 
Leitz suffered the retirement of its disabled 
WWII workforce.  I have heard that the 
Canadian-built cameras were of much better quality and reliability.

As a basic word of advice:  the M4 is just junk.  Avoid it at all costs.
