Tina,

For me these are really great images, they prove that there is no mater
extremely sophisticated cameras and lenses, the important is the
photograoher and the contents of the images. On this case is a great work
that shows very well the charachter, way of life, the persons on they human
side, is like an historical document with a great value.

I hope you has been able to have a bath after the developping...

With all of the talk about Kurds and Turks, I was inspired to go back
through my files and find my photos of Kurdish men in the bazaar in
Kermanashah, Iran, in 1974.  These were made with the only camera I had at
the time - a Minolta SRT 101 - on outdated TriX film bought from shop in
Tehran and developed in my Farsi bathroom darkroom.  It's a miracle they
even came out!
