The G9, and here is why:

As much as I like my M8 (and I like it a whole lot) I would not 
undertake such a trip with only one M8 body in my bag.

I am on M8 body #3 (the first one worked for 30 days, the second one 
worked for 30 minutes) and I would not want to gamble on a trip like 
this.  Even though anecdotally the odds seem to be improving, IMNSHO 
they are not yet good enough.
