Oh, not wide open, I think. Maybe f4-ish? You certainly have achieved 
marvellous tones, so I wouldn't change a thing there. Echoing
what Ted said earlier, just set it for the BW mode and look at the yummy 
pictures. Anyhoo it is a fabulous shot, the rest is just
detail,

shot jpg fine, bw,  at ISO 360...likely wide open...with the latest  
firmware, just out...

slight touch in PS3...with brightness contrast,
