There are a series of these cameras... some with IS, some with an optical VF, others without, some with wider lenses than others. Quite a lineup.... I got the 800 because it was the widest angle lens available, and for scenics, that seems handier than a more tele range...... BTW, it is tiny. Amazon had the lowest prices around......
