Kyle,

for what I know of Agfa is not developing Scala film anymore since some good
time back. 
What I do, I still have some of that wonderful film in stock, is to develop
it as a negative in Rodinal 1+25 for 8/9 min at 68 F.
Scala negatives are great, ah, don't forget to set the meter at ISO 100.
Think that the Scala process was a real push process to achieve the 200
speed.
I have many pictures taken with that film.

Sorry I can't help with the Verichrome.
