No, I've been through all of this with copyright lawyers.  Not fair 
use any more than someone else using your photos in a slide show 
would be.  If you are using the music in a slideshow that is a 
discussion about the music for educational or parody uses that could 
be considered fair use; but once you share a slideshow with the music 
as background, especially on the internet or even make copies of it 
to distribute, it's no longer fair use. You have to pay for the right 
to use it. Put yourself in the other copyright owner's place and 
you'll see the logic.
