I believe Jum wants JPG (tiffs are much heavier)
save he JPG in 100% quality

I'd choose sRGB

JPGs have 72 dpi by default. I think Jim will anyway modify the resolution 
that every poic fits his print layout best.

the more pixels the better, the finer the resolution will be.
