Yes, and many of the issues we discuss here regarding the ability to  
carry and use a camera in the streets of this country spring directly  
from the political questions at hand.

The fact that many do not want to be reminded of the issues is also  
one of the points made.

Not wanting to hear it is one of the things that make these things  
possible and is one of the central points in the current discussion.

Sorry, this is not meant to offend or shock, merely to point out that  
there may NOT be life outside politics as politics insinuates itself  
deeper into our private lives daily.
