He's talking bigger than full frame which is 24x36
I think he's talking 26x38 and and still be able to use Leica R glass.

XXL 4/3?

18x13.5mm is 4/3

That's half half frame.
That's not bigger that's way way smaller I'm not following.
If it was XXL 4/3 it would still be smaller than half frame or 1.5 crop
format.
