This program won't be worth spit if they still have the same fellow running
the service/warranty department. You can pay them all the money on earth,
but if he won't return a call or answer an email, you still have a broken
camera. The least they could do is kick off this wonderful idea by hiring
someone who will entertain a call when the camera goes belly up.
