I've posted him already, but I keep coming back to this guy, esp. his  
Urkraine (sanatoria included) reportages.
Must be a horrible place: too many astonishing 'street' shots coming  
from over there.
Like from Romania.
Meanwhile our skin gets thicker and thicker.
