Subject: [Leica] Plustek scanner. What have I done?

Hi Everyone.
 
OK I just bought this uncle Mao scanner for 200 bucks.

The resolution is supposedly 7200 dpi and the lowest 7200 model I bought is 
about the same as the high priced one but it has some sort of
slide viewfinder window and it  doesn't have the infrared automatic scratch 
remover gizmo.
I don't have any scratched negatives so I guess I don't need it. Also, the 
7200 takes longer to scan a negative.

Am I going to be happy with this thing?
That pastelish blue is real nice. It reminds me of 
the toys I played with when I was a baby.
