A crawdad is like a crayfish, about 5 inches long.

In Louisiana, there are few vegetarians.  We take the attitude that all
these animals that try to eat us, are fair game.

Also, properly prepared, okra is not slimey.  Yankees have trouble eating it
because they don't know how to cook it.

The word gumbo is allegedly an African word for Okra.    Many gumbos don't
have it.  I call a gumbow without okra "soup."

We'll find something for you, Jay.  Kyle didn't starve here.
